Director: Alice & Zoroku is one of those anime that sneaks up on you. On the surface it looks like a cute story about a little girl with supernatural powers who ends up in the care of a stubborn, no-nonsense old florist. But it's really about found family, moral boundaries, and what it means to be human — all wrapped around a genuinely thrilling sci-fi mystery. The anime voice actors, both Japanese and English, are a big reason why it lands so well. The Alice & Zoroku voice actors bring real emotional weight to a cast full of memorable, complicated characters.
