Quarter Up built Invincible VS on a fighting engine designed to be playable for newcomers without surrendering depth for veterans. The 18-character launch roster, drawn from the Amazon Prime Video series, uses a 3v3 tag format with active tag combos, Assist Breakers, and Super moves that end in the show’s signature bloodshed. Story mode runs an original narrative from director Michael C. Rogers, set outside the TV continuity and giving both series fans and fighting game newcomers a reason to play beyond the versus queue. Rollback netcode and crossplay shipped at launch.
Invincible VS Voice Cast: J.K. Simmons, Aleks Le, Jay Pharoah and More
The Invincible VS voice cast balances returning show talent with a few well-chosen replacements. J.K. Simmons reprises Omni-Man, a role he also took into Mortal Kombat 1; his Whiplash performance proved how effectively he weaponizes control and disappointment, and Omni-Man runs on exactly that register. Aleks Le replaces Steven Yeun as Mark Grayson and matches Yeun’s delivery with a precision explained by his anime resume: Zenitsu in Demon Slayer, Sung Jinwoo in Solo Leveling, Undertaker in 86. Jay Pharoah returns as Bulletproof with the character’s trash-talking energy intact; his SNL training gives him the comic-aggressive timing the role demands. Michael Dorn voices Battle Beast, bringing the restrained physical authority he built across seven seasons as Worf in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
