If you’re up for a wild combo of goofy comedy and over-the-top action, Sakamoto Days is exactly that. It’s based on a manga by Yuto Suzuki and starts off with Sakamoto: a retired hitman-turned-chubby convenience‑store owner trying to live a peaceful life. But, as you might guess, peace doesn’t stick around long. When someone puts a price on his head, chaos finds him. The show dropped on Netflix globally on January 11, 2025, with Part 2 beginning July 14, 2025.
