He is best known for voicing young characters including Kinihiro Watanuki in xxxHOLiC, Yumichika Agasegawa in Bleach, Koro-sensei in Assassination Classroom, Bennu Kagaho in Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas and Lelouch Lamperouge in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, a role for which he won the award for "Best Male Seiyū" in the first installment of the Seiyū Awards in 2007.
