Roman Carax

Roman Carax’s Story Role
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 introduces Roman as one of the central figures in a story billed as a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge. He carries a battered gray handheld camera alongside a newer green one, gear that says as much about him as any line of dialogue could. Most of Night City has traded film for braindance, but Roman still believes real stories are worth risking his neck for, even if that means trailing edgerunners like Weak Kingsley or the vengeful netrunner D straight into danger. His obsession with capturing the truth turns him into an accidental witness to the fallout of other people’s choices, their gigs, their falls, their legends. That instinct to document rather than intervene keeps pulling him into violence he never planned to film.
