Milford Soyer

Milford Soyer is the primary antagonist in Mouse: P.I. For Hire (2026), the rubberhose-style first-person shooter from Fumi Games and PlaySide Studios. Set in the corrupt 1930s city of Mouseburg, Soyer presents himself as a populist reformer leading the Big Mouse Party, a rising political movement with shadowy ties to the city’s most dangerous criminal operations. As detective Jack Pepper peels back the layers of a murder case involving actress Betty Lynch, Soyer emerges as the man pulling the strings behind the corruption, kidnapping, and cover-ups plaguing Mouseburg. His charm makes him one of the game’s most unsettling figures: a politician who weaponizes public trust.

Soyer is voiced by Ewan Bailey, a London-based British actor and voice artist trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Bailey is best known in gaming circles for voicing Byron Rosfield in Final Fantasy XVI (2023). He also voiced Skalpel in The First Berserker: Khazan (2025) and has contributed to over 200 BBC radio dramas.
