Yūji Kishi a Japanese actor and voice actor born in Tokyo, best known as the definitive Japanese voice of Ken Masters in the Street Fighter series since Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. A veteran of live-action tokusatsu, anime dubbing, and musical theater, Kishi has built one of the most recognizable voices in Japanese gaming.

Kishi made his acting debut in the 1996 Super Sentai series Gekisou Sentai Carranger, playing Kyosuke Jinnai/Red Racer. He also voiced his Power Rangers counterpart, T.J. Johnson, in the Japanese dubs of Power Rangers Turbo, In Space, and Lost Galaxy.
