Selin Çuhadaroğlu’s Path from Istanbul to Global Gaming
Starting her acting career in 2015 with Turkish television series and short films, Selin Çuhadaroğlu built her foundation in live-action performance before breaking into international recognition. The turning point came in 2022 when Riot Games flew their team to Istanbul to record her voice lines for Valorant‘s agent Fade – the first time the studio had traveled for a recording session since the game’s launch. Senior Narrative Writer Ryan Clements described her as the perfect fit, writing that he felt “so fortunate” to bring an authentic Turkish voice onto the roster.

Valorant and the Fade Role
Bringing the character Fade to life meant voicing a lethal bounty hunter whose abilities revolve around fear and psychological terror. Çuhadaroğlu was vocal about the honor of representing Turkey in a globally played title, stating she was “excited to be the voice of the first Turkish agent in Valorant.” The recording process was unique – Riot Games made the rare call to travel internationally to Istanbul to capture her performance in person, underscoring how central authenticity was to the character’s design.
From Games to the Silver Screen
Beyond voice work, Çuhadaroğlu has continued to grow her on-screen career. She appeared as Sarah Eaton in the 2023 film Gran Turismo, the racing drama based on the true story of a gamer who became a professional racing driver. More recently, she took on the role of Young Izlem in the 2025 series Lovers Anonymous, showing a range that spans action, drama, and performance capture work.
