Marlon Dance-Hooi is a Singapore-based voice actor and performer with over a decade of experience, best known for voicing Fuse and Pogo in the Emmy-nominated animated series Oddbods, Fred and Mr. Redd in the Netflix series Mermaid Magic, and iconic live characters including Optimus Prime and Donkey at Universal Studios Singapore. With credits spanning animated episodes, video games like Black Desert Online, and stage performances, Marlon is one of Southeast Asia's most versatile voice talents.

Marlon has contributed his voice to over 500 episodes across eight animated series, including two on Netflix. He is perhaps best known for voicing Fuse and Pogo in the Emmy-nominated animated series Oddbods (2016–2024) and its spin-off Minibods, produced by Moonbug Entertainment. On Netflix, he voiced Fred and Mr. Redd in Mermaid Magic (2024).
