Luis Bermudez’s Path Into Voice Acting

Since the late 2010s, Bermudez has moved from home studio sessions in Southern California to steady bookings across animation, anime dubbing, and video games. Now represented by CESD Talent and based between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, he has logged credits on more than 100 productions, working through studios including Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Funimation, Crunchyroll, and NYAV Post.

Blanka, Koana, and a Growing Video Game Résumé

Game work makes up a large share of his catalog. Beyond Blanka in Street Fighter 6 and Koana in Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, he voiced Miguel Maldonado in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Galerius in Unicorn Overlord, and Laurence in Fallout 76’s Skyline Valley update. Recent bookings include Saint Bennu in Genshin Impact and the royal architect Xipocado in Path of Exile, alongside additional voice work in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, System Shock, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, and Terminator: Dark Fate: Defiance.

From Iruma-kun to Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway

On the anime dubbing side, credits include Muramasa in The Rising of the Shield Hero, Batsu in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, Hendrix Hiyo in Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway, and Koji Kitajima in Battle Game in 5 Seconds. He also lent his voice to Ranzo Kiyama in Beyblade Burst QuadStrike, Mikado in Sing a Bit of Harmony, Makokan in The Deer King, and additional voices in Resident Evil: Death Island, My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission, and Pokemon Journeys: The Series.
