Camryn Grimes

Grimes joined The Young and the Restless in 1997, playing the beloved character Cassie Newman. That role earned her a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 2000, with a second nomination following in 2006, she recently voiced Tammy Tumbler in Mouse: P.I. for Hire.
Return & Dual Role
She returned to the soap opera in a new capacity, taking on the role of Mariah Copeland — a twist that tied back to her original character. Her layered performance paid off with a second Daytime Emmy win in 2018, this time for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. As of 2026, she has appeared in over 1,300 episodes of the show across her career.
