MPD Lieutenant

The MPD Lieutenant is a supporting character in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire (2026), the rubberhose-style first-person shooter developed by Fumi Games and published by PlaySide Studios. Set in the crime-ridden 1930s city of Mouseburg, the MPD Lieutenant represents the Mouseburg Police Department, acting as a gatekeeper of sorts early in the game. Players encounter him before diving into some of the trickier investigative sections of Jack Pepper’s hardboiled cases, with collectibles like newspapers found right after showing your ID to him.

In the English version, the MPD Lieutenant is voiced by Rich Keeble, a British actor and voiceover artist who takes on several roles in the game, including Beaten Cop, MPD Officer, Old Jonah, Steamboat Bouncer, Undercover Agent, and Ze Scientist #1. Keeble is best known in gaming circles for voicing Monoco in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (2025) and Frank Fairburne in Strange Brigade (2018), as well as playing the Mouth of Sauron in The Lord of the Rings: Gollum (2023). On screen, he has appeared in Good Omens, Rivals, and Ghosts.
