Eli is a child mercenary leader known as White Mamba in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. He commands a militia of child soldiers in Africa, rebels against Diamond Dogs on Mother Base, and hijacks Sahelanthropus in a daring escape with the Third Child. Voiced by Piers Stubbs.
