Leading the charge is Delsin Rowe, the charismatic, graffiti-loving protagonist who absorbs powers from other Conduits he encounters. Delsin is brilliantly voiced by the legendary Troy Baker, whose extensive resume includes iconic roles like Joel Miller in The Last of Us and Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite. Baker expertly captures Delsin’s mix of reckless charm and burgeoning responsibility. Keeping Delsin grounded (or trying to) is his older brother, Reggie Rowe, a local sheriff and Delsin’s primary moral compass. Reggie is voiced by the talented Travis Willingham. You’ll recognize Willingham’s powerful voice work from his roles as Thor in countless Marvel animated features and as Knuckles the Echidna in the Sonic franchise. The formidable antagonist pulling the strings is Brooke Augustine, the concrete-wielding leader of the DUP. Finally, there’s Eugene Sims, the shy but powerful Conduit who manifests Video powers, allowing him to summon angels and demons.
