Aladdin

Street-smart and quick on his feet, the “diamond in the rough” from Agrabah trades the bustling bazaars for high-speed racing circuits in Disney Speedstorm. Introduced as part of the game’s Season 4 Aladdin Collection, he brings his signature blend of resourcefulness and daring into the kart-racing arena alongside Jasmine, Genie, and Jafar.

Racing Class and Playstyle

Classified as a Trickster in Disney Speedstorm, the young street thief excels at speed and evasion rather than direct combat. His stats at higher levels lean heavily into Top Speed and Boost, making him one of the most formidable racers once properly leveled up. Before reaching level 20, he sits on the weaker side, but beyond that threshold he transforms into an outright dominant force on the track.

Signature Skill: Magic Carpet Ride

His unique skill, “Magic Carpet Ride,” is the core of what makes him so potent in competitive play. In its Normal form, he rockets forward on the Magic Carpet at high speed, becomes invulnerable, and drops gold coins that replenish opponents’ Nitro — a cheeky nod to his generous spirit. The Charged version is where things escalate: players retain directional control while gaining a long-duration Speed Boost and stealing random skills directly from opponents on contact.

Boost Skill Arsenal

His Boost skill fires a fast, bouncy projectile that disrupts opponents on a quick press, or transforms into a slow guided missile when held. Activating it backward plants a disruptive wall behind the racer, offering a surprising defensive utility for a character so offensively built. At higher power levels (POW3 and POW4), the projectile becomes ultra-fast and the guided variant also accelerates, keeping the kit relevant deep into competitive play.

In-Game Costume Design

The racing suit takes clear inspiration from the character’s 1992 animated film roots, blending the purple top and white pants of his original appearance with gold stripes that echo the yellow patch on his iconic trousers. The result is a look that feels authentically on-brand while fitting the sleek aesthetic of Disney Speedstorm’s kart-racing world.

Voice Cast

Scott Weinger, who originated the speaking voice of Aladdin in the 1992 Disney animated film, reprises the role in Disney Speedstorm. Weinger is also widely recognized for playing Steve Hale across all seasons of Fuller House on Netflix, making his return to Agrabah’s most famous resident a genuine nostalgia milestone for longtime fans.
