Vantage

Vantage’s Personality and Story Role
Years of near-total isolation on an ice planet left Vantage equal parts lethal and socially oblivious. She approaches other Legends like puzzles to be solved, cataloguing their quirks with a bluntness that reads as either endearing or exhausting depending on who you ask. Her voice lines tell the story perfectly, delivering gems like “I was born ready, so I don’t know what ‘not ready’ is” with total sincerity. Her bond with Echo, the bat who once saved her life inside the wreckage of the prison ship GDS Vantage, grounds every fight she takes, giving her recon toolkit an almost poetic logic: a girl raised in darkness learning to see further than anyone else. As the Sniper Savant of the roster, her kit revolves around that exact strength, using Spotter Lens to read enemy shields and team sizes from a distance and Sniper’s Mark to tag opponents for amplified squad damage.
Who Voices Vantage in Apex Legends?
Natalie Cañizares brings Vantage to life in the English version, with Respawn officially announcing the casting in July 2022. Apex Legends marked her debut in video game voice acting, and the rawness of a newcomer actually fits a character who has zero idea how to make small talk. Players who enjoy animation may already recognize Cañizares as Catherine, the food blogger in the Sony Pictures film The Mitchells vs. the Machines, and she has also appeared in the TV series Mayans M.C. and the film Dead Body.
