Tanjiro spends the bulk of the film locked in combat with Akaza, the same demon who haunted him since the Mugen Train arc. A flashback to his father becomes the turning point, unlocking a new perceptive ability that lets him track blood flow and muscle movement inside an opponent’s body. That awakened skill gives him the edge he needs to keep pace with one of Muzan’s strongest soldiers. Even when the battle wears on for hours, his refusal to give ground reflects the guilt and resolve that has defined him since the night his family was slaughtered.

Who Voices Tanjiro Kamado in Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle?

Natsuki Hanae reprises the role in Japanese, the same performer who has voiced Tanjiro across every entry in the franchise since its start. Zach Aguilar handles the English dub, a part he has carried since the original series and one that sits alongside his other major credits like Genos in One Punch Man and David Martinez in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the latter earning him a Crunchyroll Anime Award for Best Voice Artist Performance.
