Ronald Winston Yuan, born February 20, 1973 in New York City, is an American actor, voice actor, martial artist, action director, director, and stunt choreographer of Chinese origin. His career spans over two decades from off-Broadway to Hollywood film and television, alongside extensive voice work in major gaming franchises. Ron Yuan began his career in the early 90s as both an actor and stunts performer, accumulating more than eighty acting roles while also working as a crew member and producer for various films and TV shows.

The Mortal Kombat Franchise and Ron Yuan

Ron Yuan voices two iconic Mortal Kombat characters: Scorpion in Mortal Kombat 11 and Kuai Liang/Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat Legends: Snow Blind. His voice acting work extends to major gaming campaigns including Call of Duty: Black Ops II & III, Halo 4, Resident Evil, World of Warcraft, Medal of Honor, Army of Two, Guild Wars 2, Deus Ex, and Uncharted.
