Anson Mount brings Batman to life in this R-rated animated trilogy, lending the Dark Knight the same measured authority that made his portrayal of Captain Christopher Pike in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds so compelling. Mount previously voiced the character in the 2021 animated feature Injustice, but Knightfall gives him significantly richer material to work with, asking him to portray a Batman who is methodical, relentless, and ultimately fallible. Live-action audiences will also know him as Black Bolt in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As a Western animation production from Warner Bros.,
