Lifeline

Lifeline’s Story and Personality
Born into the obscene wealth of the Che family, weapons dealers who profited off the Frontier War, she walked away the moment she understood what her parents’ fortune actually cost people. She enlisted in the humanitarian Frontier Corps and entered the bloodsport to bankroll its relief work. Sharp-tongued and sarcastic on the surface, she hides a stubborn kindness underneath, even visiting the opponents she injures afterward to check on them. She drums in her spare time, carries snacks for teammates mid-match, and once helped her childhood friend Octane get clearance for his bionic legs.
Who Voices Lifeline in Apex Legends?
Mela Lee gives Lifeline her warm, no-nonsense Caribbean cadence and that endlessly memed “Mozambique here” callout. Gamers also know Lee as Jade in Mortal Kombat 11, Tiki across the Fire Emblem series, Kikimora in Disney’s The Owl House, and Rin Tohsaka in the Fate/stay night films. Mari Hagai handles the Japanese dub.
