Todd Williams III is an American actor and voice artist from Queens, New York, known for Officer Isaac Joiner in The Chicago Code, Connor Jordan in The Vampire Diaries, and voice roles in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Starfield, Marvel Zombies (Blade Knight), and Invincible (Titan). Active in both live-action and voice work since 2001.

Williams began his acting path at Talent Unlimited High School in Manhattan, later going on to land national commercial and voice-over work before making his film debut opposite Kerry Washington in Lift. His television career gained momentum through guest roles on Law & Order: SVUCSICSI: Miami, and recurring work on Third Watch and the ESPN series Tilt alongside Michael Madsen. He earned his most prominent TV role as Officer Isaac Joiner in Fox’s crime drama The Chicago Code (2011), and went on to play fan-favorite vampire hunter Connor Jordan across seven episodes of The Vampire Diaries Season 4.

Voice Work in Games & Animation

Williams has steadily built his voice acting credits alongside his on-screen work. In games, he voiced Mongul in Superman Returns: The Video Game (2006), Rick Mason in Spider-Man: Miles Morales (2020), Blueblood in XCOM: Chimera Squad (2020), and multiple characters including Lee Leonard in Starfield (2023). On the animation side, he took on the role of Titan in Invincible (2025), stepping in to replace Mahershala Ali, and voiced Eric Brooks/Blade Knight across four episodes of Marvel Zombies (2025) on Disney+. He reprised Titan in the 2026 game Invincible VS.
