Most child actors build their early credits one audition at a time. For Los Angeles-born Adan Carrillo, the path moved faster than that. In 2023, Gameloft’s racing title Disney Speedstorm brought Carrillo into the recording booth as Mowgli, the iconic boy raised by wolves from The Jungle Book. The casting placed him in notable company: the game’s roster featured Ming-Na Wen reprising Mulan, Tony Anselmo returning as Donald Duck, and Bill Farmer back as Goofy. Carrillo’s Mowgli marked a generational handoff for the character, taking over from where previous actors had left off in prior Disney game releases.
