Katsutoshi Karatsuma is not a traditional voice actor, he is actually a Capcom programmer best known for coding the AI in Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, RE3: Nemesis, Devil May Cry, Ōkami, and Vanquish. His sole voice acting credit came as a quirky behind-the-scenes moment: he personally voiced Tofu, the secret unlockable character in Resident Evil 2 (1998), a role carried over into the acclaimed 2019 remake.
