Otsuru is a compassionate healer and skilled martial artist in Afro Samurai who becomes entangled with the antagonistic Empty Seven clan. Known for her ability to read dreams and copy sword techniques, she harbors deep feelings for Afro despite her mission to assassinate him, ultimately betraying the clan for love.
