Steve Purcell, born July 30, 1961, is an American voice actor, animator, cartoonist, and game designer best known for creating the iconic Sam & Max franchise. Beyond his comic book legacy, Purcell has contributed memorable voice performances across Pixar's animated universe, voicing characters in Cars, Brave, Toy Story That Time Forgot, Toy Story 4, and most recently Deep Dark Secret in Inside Out 2 (2024).
