Rainy is a new character in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, a member of the Drawbridge organization who possesses unique supernatural abilities tied to precipitation. She can generate both destructive Timefall and healing Corefall within a 1.5-meter radius. Portrayed by Shioli Kutsuna, known for her roles in Deadpool 2 and Detective Conan: Shinichi Kudo’s Written Challenge.
