Behind the golden skull mask sits a man shaped by tragedy long before Amelie ever found him. He killed his abusive uncle in self-defense as a child and later built a life as a porter before Coffin and Fragile took him in. Who Voices Higgs Monaghan in Death Stranding?

Troy Baker brings Higgs to life in English, lending the character his own motion-captured likeness in a rare case of an actor playing a role built around his real face. Baker is also known for voicing Joel in The Last of Us, Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite, and Revolver Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. In the original Japanese version, Satoshi Mikami voices Higgs.
