Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation English Dub Voice Cast & Characters (2025)

So Disney’s finally bringing Twisted-Wonderland to anime form, and honestly? The voice cast they’ve assembled is pretty stacked. If you’ve been playing the mobile game, you already know these characters, but hearing them fully voiced in an actual anime is gonna hit different.
Let’s break down who’s voicing who in this magical mess of a world.

Main Cast & Lead Characters of Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation

Grim – Ben Diskin

Playing everyone’s favorite fire-breathing, tuna-obsessed cat monster is Ben Diskin. His range is wild, he’s done Joseph Joestar in Jojo’s, Numbuh 1 in Codename: Kids Next Door, Eugene in Hey Arnold, and literally hundreds of other roles at this point. Grim needs someone who can switch from bratty to endearing in half a second, and Diskin’s been doing that for decades. Talk about a veteran choice.

Yuken Enma – Jonathon Ha

Okay so the anime’s doing something interesting here, instead of the game’s customizable “Yuu” protagonist, they’re going with Yuken Enma from the manga adaptation. He’s the kendo practitioner who gets isekai’d into this mess, and Jonathon Ha’s bringing him to life. Ha’s had roles in various anime dubs and games, giving Yuken that earnest “I’m just trying to survive magic school” energy.
Heartslabyul Dorm (The Strict Tea Party Crew)

Riddle Rosehearts – Paul Castro Jr.

For the strict, rule-obsessed dorm leader who’s basically one bad day away from losing it, they got Paul Castro Jr. Castro’s been in stuff like Pokémon and various anime dubs, he’s got that ability to sound both authoritative and like he’s holding back a breakdown, which is literally Riddle’s entire personality. The guy memorized 810 rules and will absolutely enforce them.

Ace Trappola – Max Mittelman

Max Mittelman handles your troublemaking “best friend” Ace, and yeah this tracks. Mittelman voiced Ryuji in Persona 5, Saitama in One Punch Man, Red in Pokémon Origins, the guy does cocky troublemaker energy REALLY well. Ace is that character who’s annoying but you can’t help liking him? That’s Mittelman’s specialty.
Deuce Spade comes from Hunter McCoy, who voices him with this earnest trying-to-be-a-good-student vibe that Deuce desperately wants to project (even though he’s kind of a disaster and used to be a delinquent). McCoy’s done work in various game dubs and brings that reformed bad boy energy.
Johnny Yong Bosch as Trey Clover is honestly inspired. Bosch is a LEGEND, Ichigo from Bleach, Vash in Trigun Stampede, Lelouch in Code Geass, literally everyone’s been in something with him at this point. Trey’s the reliable vice dorm leader who bakes and keeps everyone from killing each other, and Bosch’s calm, dependable delivery works perfectly. Plus he can pull off the slightly mysterious edge Trey has hiding under all that big brother energy.

Cater Diamond – Michael Sinterniklaas

Michael Sinterniklaas voices your social media obsessed upperclassman who’s… maybe not as chill as he acts? Sinterniklaas directed a ton of anime dubs and voiced Dean Venture in Venture Bros among other roles. Cater needs someone who can sound perpetually upbeat while hiding whatever’s actually going on underneath, and Sinterniklaas can definitely pull that off.
Savanaclaw Dorm (The Jock Dorm But Make It Schemes)

Leona Kingscholar – Major Attaway

This lazy lion prince with major younger-sibling-complex energy is voiced by Major Attaway. Attaway’s been in various anime and game dubs, and Leona needs someone who can sound both threatening and perpetually annoyed at having to do anything. He’s basically Scar if Scar just wanted to nap and was tired of everyone’s expectations.
Zeno Robinson as Ruggie Bucchi is actually brilliant casting. Robinson voiced Goh in Pokémon, Hawks in My Hero Academia, and a bunch of other roles, he’s got that scrappy, street-smart energy down. Ruggie’s the hyena who’s basically working three jobs to survive and will absolutely scam you if it means he gets to eat. Robinson can make him sympathetic and sketchy at the same time.

Jack Howl – Kamran Nikhad

For Jack, you’ve got Kamran Nikhad bringing the serious wolf boy energy. Jack accidentally joined the wrong crowd and is too honorable for his own good, he’s basically the one guy in Savanaclaw with consistent morals, which makes him stand out. Nikhad’s worked on various dubs and captures that straightforward, earnest vibe Jack needs.
Octavinelle Dorm (aka the Mafia Fish)

Azul Ashengrotto – Alejandro Saab

Your scheming octopus businessman is played by Alejandro Saab, and okay this is interesting because I thought he’d be Kalim but he’s actually Azul here. Saab (also known as KaggyFilms) has voiced Yuri in Fire Emblem, Cyno in Genshin Impact, the guy’s got RANGE. Azul runs the Mostro Lounge and definitely has a shady contract he wants you to sign, and Saab can do that smooth-talking manipulator thing while making you almost feel bad for him. Which is exactly what Azul needs.
The Leech twins are where it gets fun. Jade Leech is voiced by Jonah Scott, and yeah, that’s a solid get. Scott voiced Legoshi in Beastars, Akira in Devilman Crybaby, and other roles that require being quietly unsettling. Jade’s the “polite” twin who’s probably more dangerous because of it, always talking about mushrooms and being suspiciously helpful.

Kellen Goff is the English dub voice of Floyd Leech in Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation

Floyd Leech gets Kellen Goff, which… holy shit that’s perfect? Goff voiced Funtime Freddy in FNAF, Overhaul in My Hero Academia, Diavolo in Jojo’s, he does unhinged REALLY well. Floyd needs someone who can switch from playful to threatening in half a second, and Goff’s made a career out of characters who are absolutely not stable. The mood swings are gonna hit different with him voicing.
Scarabia Dorm (The “It’s Definitely Not A Cult” Dorm)

Kalim Al-Asim – A.J. Beckles

Playing Kalim is A.J. Beckles, and Kalim’s basically sunshine personified even when everything’s falling apart around him. Beckles has done various anime and game work, he needs to make Kalim sound genuinely kind and optimistic without being annoying, which is harder than it sounds. The guy throws parties constantly and just wants everyone to be happy (while being completely oblivious to certain things).

Jamil Viper – Nazeeh Tarsha

Jamil’s the long-suffering vice dorm leader/servant/babysitter who’s got SO many issues, and Nazeeh Tarsha brings the right amount of exhaustion mixed with hidden resentment. Tarsha’s been in various game dubs and anime, Jamil’s character requires this careful balance of sounding loyal while clearly being at his breaking point, and that’s a tough role to pull off.
Pomefiore Dorm (Beauty Is Pain: The Dorm)

Vil Schoenheit – Nick Monteleone

For the beautiful, terrifying perfectionist Vil, they got Nick Monteleone. Vil’s basically an influencer/actor who will absolutely read you for filth if your skincare routine sucks. Monteleone’s done work in anime dubs and games, Vil needs someone who can sound commanding and elegant while also being genuinely intimidating when he wants to be. No pressure.
Matthew Mercer as Rook Hunt is kind of amazing though? Like, MATTHEW MERCER. The guy voices McCree/Cole Cassidy in Overwatch, he’s the DM on Critical Role, he’s been in everything, and now he’s the French (? questionably French?) hunter who’s obsessed with beauty and is lowkey stalking everyone. Rook’s such a weird character and Mercer’s gonna make him either more bearable or more unhinged, possibly both. This is either brilliant or chaos. Probably both.

Epel Felmier – Jesse Nowack

Epel’s the country boy who looks delicate but is actually scrappy as hell, and he HATES being treated like he’s fragile. Jesse Nowack’s voicing him, Nowack’s done various YouTube content and voice work. Epel needs that rough country energy hidden under a pretty boy appearance, and honestly the “I’m tougher than I look” attitude has to come through or the character doesn’t work.
Ignihyde Dorm (Gamer Cave: The Dorm)

Idia Shroud – Khoi Dao

Idia’s your shut-in gamer anxiety boy who’d rather die than talk to people IRL, and Khoi Dao is bringing him to life. Dao voiced Albedo in Genshin Impact among other roles, he’s got that nervous, rapid-fire delivery that Idia needs. The character basically lives online and treats real life like a horror game, which… relatable honestly.

Ortho Shroud – Greg Vinciguerra

Ortho’s the robot little brother (it’s complicated), voiced by Greg Vinciguerra. Ortho needs someone who can do cute but also slightly unsettling since he’s an AI in a robot body who may or may not have been human once (the lore gets DARK). Vinciguerra’s worked on various projects and has to balance making Ortho adorable and occasionally creepy.
Diasomnia Dorm (The Mysterious Dark Castle Crew)

Malleus Draconia – Jacob Carlson

The horned dragon prince who everyone’s terrified of (but is actually kind of a lonely softie) is voiced by Jacob Carlson. Malleus needs that deep, slightly otherworldly voice, he’s literally one of the most powerful mages in the world and doesn’t get invited to things and is surprisingly sad about it. Carlson’s done work in various anime dubs and has to make Malleus sound ancient and powerful while also… kind of awkward socially.
Crispin Freeman as Lilia Vanrouge is actually inspired casting. Freeman voiced Alucard in Hellsing, Itachi in Naruto, Winston in Overwatch, the guy WORKS. And Lilia LOOKS like a cute teenager but is actually a centuries-old war veteran who raised Malleus and now plays video games online. Freeman can absolutely pull off “ancient being pretending to be a quirky gamer dad” energy. This is gonna be good.

Aleks Le is the English dub voice of Silver in Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation

Silver’s the sleepy knight boy voiced by Aleks Le. Le’s been in a bunch of stuff recently, Zenitsu in Demon Slayer among other roles. Silver literally just falls asleep everywhere and has Disney-princess-level animal magnetism. No really, animals just flock to him. It’s a thing.

Sebek Zigvolt – Danny Kramer

Sebek’s the half-fae who’s EXTREMELY loud about his devotion to Malleus, voiced by Danny Kramer. Honestly Sebek needs someone who can yell passionately about honor and loyalty without it getting old. (It might still get old but that’s kind of Sebek’s whole thing.) Kramer’s done various game and anime work, kid’s got his work cut out for him making Sebek endearing instead of just annoying.
Staff & The Mysterious Headmage

Dire Crowley – J. Michael Tatum

And okay, J. MICHAEL TATUM as the headmage? That’s a power move. Tatum voiced Sebastian in Black Butler, Erwin in Attack on Titan, Okabe in Steins;Gate, the man does theatrical and mysterious like nobody’s business. Crowley’s this “helpful” headmage who keeps dumping problems on you while insisting he’s “so kind,” and Tatum’s gonna make that equal parts charming and suspicious. Which is exactly what Crowley needs.
Why This Cast Actually Slaps
Here’s the thing, this cast is STACKED with anime dub veterans. You’ve got people like Johnny Yong Bosch, Matthew Mercer, Crispin Freeman, J. Michael Tatum… these aren’t just voice actors, they’re like the anime dub hall of fame at this point.
But what makes it work for Twisted-Wonderland specifically is that this story needs emotional range. It’s not just a cute magic school anime, though it has those moments (especially with Grim being Grim). We’re talking:

Traumatic backstories galore
Overblots (magical meltdowns) that are genuinely intense
Psychological deep dives into why these villain-inspired kids are the way they are
Found family dynamics but make it dysfunctional

Most of these actors have proven they can handle going from comedy to serious drama in the same episode. Which this series desperately needs because you’ll be laughing at Grim demanding tuna one minute and watching someone have a complete breakdown the next.
Plus the chemistry matters. Ben Diskin playing off Jonathon Ha’s Yuken? Max Mittelman and Hunter McCoy as the Ace/Deuce duo? The Leech twins with Jonah Scott and Kellen Goff? That’s gonna be fun to watch.
What to Expect from the Anime
Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation is adapting the main story from the mobile game, which honestly gets DARK for a Disney property. Each arc focuses on a different dorm, building up to Overblot battles where characters literally lose control of their magic due to emotional trauma and accumulated negative energy.
It’s basically “what if Disney villains ran a magic school” meets “what if every character needed therapy.” The anime’s being handled by a Japanese studio with Disney’s oversight, so expect quality animation and probably a slightly different tone from the game.
The fact they’re using Yuken instead of a blank-slate protagonist also means we’re getting more character dynamics and probably some original scenes. Which could be really good or really weird, we’ll see.
