Fayek Selim is a biometrics CEO and arms dealer who was willing to provide intel on Pax Armata to Dagger 1-3 during the mission in Egypt, but was fatally wounded by Pax forces before he could be extracted, though Dagger retrieved intel from an RFID chip in his thumb after his death.
