Shanelle Gray was born Shanelle Workman in Fairfax, Virginia. As a young girl Shanelle was in pageants and then landed a role in the Original Broadway production of Les Miserables as Young Cosette, immediately after the show opened. After New York City, she moved to Los Angeles to lead the ABC Pilot Howie and Rose in the title character Rose with Howie Mandel. An actress first with recurring roles on Grey's Anatomy, Cory in the house on Disney Channel and Series regular roles on Soap Operas One life to Live and The Bold & the Beautiful, Shanelle was itching for more. At 25 she opened an Acting studio called "Act 4 Reel". This became one of LA's leading Performing Arts Studios and later took the name Gray Studios after marrying her first husband.
