Phil Proctor is widely recognized as the voice of Warren Vidic in the Assassin’s Creed video game series, and has lent his voice to major animated films such as Toy Story, where he played the Pizza Planet Announcer, and Monsters, Inc., as the nervous Charlie. In animation, he voiced Howard DeVille in Rugrats and All Grown Up!, and has contributed to series like Adventures in Odyssey and Avatar: The Last Airbender.
