He began his career as a seiyū in 1983. Characterized by his great versatility and ability to voice youthful characters, the best known of which he voiced being Tenchi Masaki in Tenchi Muyo! and all its sequels. He is also known for voicing Keiichi Morisato in Oh My Goddess!, Joe Kido, 0ARMS-Grani and Neemon in the Digimon franchise, Wing in Hunter x Hunter and Shingo Aoi in Captain Tsubasa, among many others.
