Frank Todaro's an L.A. based voice actor & actor. He also hosts radio programs & live events. Through voice-overs, he has sought reign over the Decepticons as the treacherous Starscream in several Transformers animated series & video games. He has tried reigning in his more adventurous brother as Mugman in The Cuphead Show! (2022). He provides creature sounds for various TV shows, movies & games in addition to performing on stage & behind it as a puppeteer in his native NYC.
