Cornelius Stilton

Cornelius Stilton is one of the most layered supporting characters in Mouse: P.I. For Hire (2026), the noir-soaked first-person shooter from Fumi Games and PlaySide Studios. A jovial yet calculating upper-class mouse, Stilton wears two faces with ease: the polished politician running for mayor of Mouseburg, and a wartime brother-in-arms who once fought alongside protagonist Jack Pepper.

That shared history is the backbone of his role. Back in their teenage years, Stilton and Jack served in the same military unit, reportedly saving each other’s lives more than once. Those bonds did not fade when peace arrived. As the story unfolds across Mouseburg’s seedy opera halls and corrupt precincts, Stilton funnels Jack critical intelligence, leveraging his political connections to keep the investigation moving. He also gets personally swept up in the chaos when he survives an assassination attempt, after which he brings Jack a case tied to missing shrews and dirty cops.

He is voiced in English by Frank Todaro, a Los Angeles-based voice actor best known for playing Starscream across multiple Transformers animated series and Mugman in Netflix’s The Cuphead Show! Todaro also has credits in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Fire Emblem: Engage, and Street Fighter 6, which reflects the broad range he brings to Stilton’s mix of charm and political cunning.
