Juan Strickler

Juan Strickler, better known as El Rubio, is the main antagonist of the Cayo Perico Heist in Grand Theft Auto Online. A wealthy Colombian-German narcotrafficker, he owns the private island of Cayo Perico and operates a massive drug empire. Despite presenting himself as a philanthropist, he is ruthless and paranoid. Voiced by Joseph Melendez.
