Who Is Conduit in Apex Legends?

Conduit, whose full name is Rowenna Valentina Coffey Divina, is a Support Legend introduced in Season 19 of Apex Legends. Born in 2708 on the fringe world of Nexus, she grew up in the aftermath of a brutal government coup and found hope in the stories of a Monarch-class Titan that sacrificed itself to protect her community. That act of heroism planted the seed of her ambition: one day, she would become an Apex Legend herself.

A Dream Bought at a Fatal Price

When her older sister Diwa came home badly injured, Rowenna refused to sit still. She snuck into the radioactive ruins of the old battlefield, salvaged the fallen Titan’s battery, and built her own combat rig from scratch. The suit worked, carrying her from local tournaments all the way to the Apex Games. The catch? The battery’s radiation is slowly killing her. Rowenna knows this and fights anyway, which is exactly what makes her one of the most emotionally layered characters in the entire roster.

She is also the first Filipino Legend in Apex Legends, with Tagalog spoken in her in-game communications and family group chats.

Abilities on the Battlefield

Conduit is built around keeping her squad alive and in the fight:

• Passive (Savior’s Speed): She gets a speed boost when sprinting toward a teammate outside her Tactical range
• Tactical (Radiant Transfer): She fires a surge of energy to a teammate, regenerating temporary shields for both of them
• Ultimate (Energy Barricade): She deploys shield-jamming devices that damage and slow down enemies pushing into her squad

English Voice Actress: Frankie Kevich

Conduit is voiced in English by Filipino-Polish actress Frankie Kevich. Born in Vancouver and raised in Southern California, Kevich graduated from UCLA in 2020 before pivoting hard into voice acting during the pandemic. Her most recognizable roles include Conduit in Apex Legends, Rinko Nishida in Silent Hill f, Cantabile in Arknights, and Hollowpoint in FragPunk. She has also appeared in three episodes of the legal drama Suits LA.

Japanese Voice Actress: Yukako Kiuchi

In the Japanese version of Apex Legends, Conduit is voiced by Yukako Kiuchi (城内 由茄子), a voice actress from Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, who is managed by Kenyu Office. Her credits span both anime and video games, with notable appearances in Psycho-Pass: Providence, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, and Pokémon Horizons: The Series.
