Ghost of Yotei Voice Actors: Full Cast List for English & Japanese (Plus All Their Major Roles)

Atsu (The Ghost) – Your Vengeful Protagonist

Erika Ishii voices Atsu in English. Ishii’s got this range that works beautifully for a character going from survivor to straight-up force of nature. You’ve definitely heard her before. She’s Valkyrie in Apex Legends, Sektor in Mortal Kombat 1, and the Rook in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Plus she did that whole musical RPG thing in Stray Gods.

For the Japanese version, Fairouz Ai takes on Atsu. She’s been blowing up recently with roles like Ayre in Armored Core VI and Kikoru Shinomiya in Kaiju No. 8. The energy she brings is legit perfect for the Onryō persona.

Saito – The Big Bad You Love to Hate

The main antagonist is voiced by Feodor Chin in English, and yeah, that’s your boy Zenyatta from Overwatch. Going from peaceful omnic monk to “I’m gonna massacre your entire family” energy. Chin absolutely nails that sinister authority vibe. He was also Masafumi Narasaki in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth if you played that.

Miou Tanaka handles the Japanese version of Lord Saito.

The Yotei Six – Saito’s Elite Murder Squad

The Snake (Your First Target)

Playing the most mentally twisted member of the Six is Robert Wu, who you might know as… Mr. Washee-Washee from Family Guy? (No joke, he’s done that character like 21 times.) The Snake’s the first boss you take down, and Wu makes him appropriately unhinged.

Japanese VA Tomokazu Sugita is kind of a legend though, Gintoki from Gintama and Gyomei Himejima in Demon Slayer. Talk about range.

The Oni (The Tank)

Tommy Kang voices this absolute unit of a disgraced samurai you meet halfway through. Kang’s also a stand-up comedian apparently, and voiced Soda in Sausage Party: Foodtopia. The Oni’s all brute force and rage, pretty intimidating stuff.

The Japanese side has Atsushi Miyauchi in the role.

The Kitsune (The Poison Master)

For the quiet, calculating poisoner of the group, they got Matthew Yang King. He’s done Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat 1 and Eric Tomizawa in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. The Kitsune’s less about direct combat, more about psychological torture, which King captures beautifully.

Jun Fukuyama does the Japanese version, and if you don’t know that name… dude voiced Lelouch in Code Geass and Joker in Persona 5. Absolutely stacked resume.

The Spider (Saito’s Scheming Son)

Nelson Lee plays Saito’s firstborn, and he’s got this desperate energy of constantly trying to prove himself to daddy. Lee’s been in live-action stuff too, he was Senator Xiono in Ahsoka. The Spider’s all about manipulation and schemes rather than straight fights.

Japanese VA is Mutsumi Sasaki.

The Dragon (The Angry One)

Lord Saito’s second son is basically pure rage and aggression, voiced by David Sakurai in English. Sakurai played Krall in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. The Dragon’s the type who just charges in furiously, total opposite of his brother.

For Japanese, Tomokazu Seki brings some serious credibility. He’s Sanemi Shinazugawa in Demon Slayer and Gilgamesh in the Fate series. Pretty impressive.

Major Allies & Late-Game Reveals (SPOILER WARNING)

Okay so if you haven’t finished the game yet, maybe skip this section? These are characters with some pretty significant story twists attached.

Jubei – The Brother You Didn’t Know About

Noshir Dalal voices this Matsumae clan general who turns out to be Atsu’s surviving brother from the Night of the Burning Tree. And yeah, this is Noshir Dalal who voiced Charles Smith from Red Dead Redemption 2, the actual protagonist Sekiro from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Bode Akuna in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Dude’s basically voice acting royalty at this point.

Shogo Nakamura handles the Japanese performance.

Oyuki – Not What She Seems

Here’s where things get interesting. Jeannie Bolet plays this helpful NPC. She’s actually the original Kitsune of the Yotei Six, trying to atone for failing to save Atsu’s mom. The whole reveal hits different with Bolet’s performance. You know her as Echo from Overwatch and Professor Bal Howin in Hogwarts Legacy.

The Japanese VA is Romi Park, who has literally over 300 roles including Toshiro Hitsugaya in Bleach and Hange Zoe in Attack on Titan. Absolute legend.

Kiku – Jubei’s Rebellious Daughter

Suzie Yeung plays Kiku, and she’s got this natural chemistry with Atsu since they’re both the “rebellious daughter” types. Yeung’s been everywhere recently,Yuffie in Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Hinako Shimizu in Silent Hill f, and even Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals.

Shion Wakayama voices her in Japanese.
