Chase

When the PAW Patrol's ship gets swallowed by a mysterious storm in PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, it's Chase who steadies the team after they crash-land on an uncharted island teeming with living, breathing dinosaurs. The German Shepherd police pup brings his trademark "by the book" composure to the wildest rescue operation the squad has ever faced, helping the team navigate an extinct world while going up against the relentless Mayor Humdinger.

Chase’s Role in PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie

Serving as the team’s second-in-command under Ryder, Chase operates as the pup most likely to keep a cool head when a Spinosaurus is blocking the exit. His sharp tracking instincts, honed through seasons of police and spy work back in Adventure Bay, prove critical on an island where every trail leads somewhere prehistoric and dangerous. When Humdinger’s reckless mining operation wakes a dormant volcano, it’s exactly the kind of high-stakes, time-sensitive crisis that suits Chase’s focused, mission-first mindset. He has a genuine bond with best friend Marshall, and even under dino-sized pressure the two manage to find moments of competitive, good-natured ribbing between the chaos. One quirk that follows him to the island: he is still, undeniably, allergic to feathers, and prehistoric birds are not in short supply.

Who Voices Chase in PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie?

Rain Janjua steps into the role of Chase for this third theatrical installment, taking over from Christian Convery, who voiced the character in PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie. Janjua is a young Canadian voice actor who has quietly built up an impressive roster of children’s animated work, including Zeke in Work It Out Wombats! on PBS Kids and Greg/Gekko in Season 6 of Disney Junior’s PJ Masks.
